Born and raised in Colombia, food has always been a part of my heritage.  It has shaped my life, career and creations. After extensive travels through Europe sampling and touring some of the most renowned kitchens,  I returned home and decided to embark on this incredible journey of becoming a private chef. My professional experiences started right here in Texas where I developed my gift as a chef  by learning my craft under the guide of some tremendously talented chefs. Each dish I prepare is a reflection of my travels, experiences and the different kitchens I have worked in.

Now this is what I bring to you; allow me to share my gift and passion for seasonal ingredients paired with my knowledge of unique international foods. My perspective gives you an amazing, one of a kind food experience. I craft each menu to your own needs and serve them with all the care and professionalism; whether it's a romantic dinner for two, family dinners, celebrations, or that one in a lifetime event.
